Making A Purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue,
and click on
any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order. In the case of out of stock items,
we will select an appropriate substitute of similar quality,
character
and value to complete your order. If you do NOT want us to
do this, and would like us to contact you regarding substitutions,
please make a note of this in the miscellaneous notes box
and we will either phone or email you. We accept credit and
debit
card payment. We are only able to deliver to addresses on
the GB mainland.
We accept most cards. Payment is taken automatically at
the time the order is placed and we will advise you as soon
as possible if your order will be delayed for any reason..
Shipping And Handling
Minimum order is one case. Deliveries
are free within GB mainland with the exception of the post codes beginning with 'AB', 'DD', 'IV', 'KW', 'PA' and 'PH' where a delivery charge of £9.50 will be applicable. For deliveries elsewhere
please contact us for the delivery costs.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order
immediately we receive it. We will normally send your order
to you in 7 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to
Friday and although we are
not able to specify a time of delivery we can arrange to
deliver on a convenient day or to a work address. Please
ensure you are able to take delivery of your order.
Back Orders
If any of the items you order
are out of stock we will substitute with another of similar
price and style,
unless we have heard from you that you would prefer to be
contacted regarding substitutions.

If
you add a credit card or a debit card to your PayPal account,
they will use these services to verify that your card information
and address matches the information that you supplied to
them, and that the card has not been reported lost or stolen.

Please check your order on arrival and only sign
for what is there.Let us know as soon as possible if there
is anything broken or missing. We will sort the problem out
without fuss.
If you have not received your order by the date you have
been told to expect or within 7 days, please let us know.
Please be sure to order in plenty of time at Christmas as
delays are expected at this time of year. Very occasionally
a customer needs to cancel an order after it has been delivered
correctly and within the time advised. In this case we reserve
our right to charge for the cost of the return of the order
and for any damage that occurs in transit.
