Delivery
Wines, juices, ciders (75cl) and spirits are sent out in multiples of 12 bottles. You can mix the cases as you wish. Beers and ciders (33cl and 50cl) are sent as cases of one type, in 20's or 24's depending on the type. Minimum order is one case.

Delivery Details
Orders are normally despatched within 7 days. The carrier will normally deliver Monday through to Friday during the day. We are not able to specify a time, but you can request that the case be left with a neighbour in case you are not home. During the festive season and bank holidays delays can occur. If there are any items out of stock we will substitute with an item of similar style and quality.

Returns/Complaints
If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will credit you for each individual product that is received in a damaged or poor condition or re-despatch as appropriate, without any fuss!
