Live dangerously - ask an organic winemaker if they use genetically
modified ingredients in their wine. The answer will be
no. And Never.
All our organic wines carry organic certification - a guarantee
that no forbidden additives have found their way into the wine.
Additives In Wine
All commercially made wine uses sulphur to prevent spoiling,
but a much smaller amount is allowed in organic wines, and
this is probably why some people, who are sensitive to sulphur,
find they may be able to drink organic wines.
More additives are allowed in non-organic wine, often as short
cuts to speed up production, so organic wines in general tend
to be more carefully made.
